The agenda is always different and diverse, we've established the protests all look the same, but what else is similar? No. As societies natural compress into larger ones (as they have been doing for hundreds of thousands of years, the first "society" being a family). The group's ideology and morals become more aligned, meaning everything is easier because there are no opposing views and culture. It's far more powerful than fractured and bickering tribes ever could be. If those views and culture are worse than others we could have, is another thing entirely. But ultimately as long as it progresses technologically it doesn't matter what the culture/view/ideology is.
