I already did it once in my freshman year and it worked out, went to the doctor the same day and pretended I was sick (stomach pains) and he gave me a certificate saying I was not able to go to school on this day and they rescheduled my exam

if you have proper doctors or hospital notes it does. OP could just take 1 exam and after that go to the doctor and ask him to write some bullshit note. My Uni even allows deaths of family or friends as an excuse as long as you bring an obituary in. I could just clip some shit in the newspaper and pretend I know the person.
