currently a CS major at a top 10, should I double major in math?

I shouldn't fucking answer you because of this, but usually CS majors do have "applied" pure mathematics so.
You're practically majoring in math somewhat if you get into lots of theoretical cs classes and such.
But if you want to take math classes other than the CS related ones, you could always ask your uni or something if they let you take classes on math if you got the time for it.

Thats a meme. What you need is a job and work experience not more superficial titles.
