If single-paw isn't determinable from the value of double-paw, then there can't be a solution.

If 3 cats equal 30 than they must be all worth 10.
If they are worth 10 than the cat heads must be worth 5 to get 20.
If the cat head is 5 than the paws must be 2 to get 9. 5+2+2=9
But there is only one paw.
So in the end it's 5+1 times 10= 60
