Wow. Expensive liquid cooling, and lithium can be done away with big gains in the battery tech. If this gets through peer review, it would go great with 5G networks and their battery life extensions as far as new cars go.

It was basically to be built using electrostatic charges with nano particles. Evidently I was on the right track as there was a company that released a paper using a similar technique a month before I even dreamed of the idea.
