I only got the cold 4 times a year for the last 10 years, I havent got any other disease on said period of time.

That you/we get that virus at all show our immune systems are f'd. If you were healthy the natural endorphins would calm you so you wouldn't be worrying about health or even thinking of colds. These bodies don't care if we've abused them: give them quality, quantity and variety in cooked vegetables and they will produce these endorphins. At least this is where I'm headed but only time can prove it valid for me. I trust this body I inhabit to produce drugs better and safer than anyone else.
