I agree with the others this is not the place to post this plus its too easy for anyone with a cryptographic background. just run this through any cryptogram decoder to change

its a cryptogram, you swap each letter with another letter.
they are usually solved with a key which OP left

making V=a, G=b h=c and so on
you can also solve it by brute force or clever algorithms such as letter frequency to guess common words
