Why is suicide considered pathological?
>>8743568
Because we live in a society that irrationally values life (probably due to our instincts of survival) and doesn't realize that there's literally nothing wrong with it.
A lot of people who commit suicide do it because of pathological reasons though.

You only exist because every one of your ancestors who had a suicidal thought didn't go through with it.

So, what's your point? I should thank them for that? Life is shit anyways. Things could have been better for me if I haven't been born (no, anon, I'm not suiciding. Understanding suicide as a valid alternative does not mean that I am going to do it).

Humans are social beings m8. Our cerebrums have developed to the point at which our social nature serves as a point of advancement of our species. Those who commit suicide usually do so out of pathological reasons, as a person who attempts suicide out of logic wouldn't be able to carry through with it, since there will always be something holding them back from doing so.
>to be or not to be
most famous words in the english language are about a pathological condition
the world would be a far better place if everyone who has NOT considered suicide would die.
