The joke is that the Jews killed Jesus, so he's coming back to punish them. Some Christians believe that there will be a second coming of Jesus, so the setup of the comic makes sense and is not completely arbitrary. If you're referring to the text part of my post, then the joke is that it's kinda like posting an answer, with the comic being the explanation for why the H. in Jesus H. Christ stands for Hitler.
