You do realize that is a very valid fictitious force in regards to non-inertial frames of reference, right? You have taken even a basic classical mechanics class, right? You are not just some freshman/high school Gen ed student who just learned about rotating bodies, right? Come on.

Because it is non-inertial. In a rotating frame, you have to account for other fictitious forces. The universe can't just make its laws "easier" for your convenience, you just have to break it down to a level you can understand and go from there
