I work in Machine Learning and this plot looks like an overfitted prediction model.
I am all for climate change but results like this makes you not trust the Climate change researchers.

This is why understanding the subject matter is important before discussing it. Climate models are rooted in atmospheric physics, not statistical curve-fitting.
