From the SJW's point of view, this is probably true for the people they know. The green half of the top row is unknown to them, and they know that *some* of the red half does get jobs.

They don't have contact with people who have real jobs, so in their circle of acquiantances, the ones with jobs are:
- employed in the Women's Studies department of a university (Best Student)
- a pity job from the family (Has Rich Parents)
- given a job as fig leaf for prostitution (Gold Digger)
- working a corporate-diversity-quota job (Attractive and Likeable, i.e. no skills but isn't constantly making trouble, doesn't embarass the company with their appearance, and won't sue)

I'm an underwriter for a huge health insurance company. The TLDR version of my job description: companies send me information about their employees, I analyze it using proprietary software then I email them back a quote. That manager isn't the one I directly report to but I'm certain the good interview helped. Anyways I'm good at my job and my manager loves me because my numbers make him look good.
