Really? When does this kick in? I'm in Georgia and I'm in a STEM major. I'm a total dumbass but the average student is even dumber than me, at least at this school. I think GA tech has a lot of smart people tho

it only adjusts your GPA for HOPE/Zell calculations. Not like the actual transcript one

This is correct.

For anyone who isn't familure, Zen and HOPE are scholarships that any Georgia resident automatically gets and keeps as long as they have the required GPA. They pay around 3k and can be the determining factor to being able to afford college. This law only changes their GPA for determining if they can keep these scholarships.
