Do you guys believe that immortality (or some sort of way of safely preserving the brain to where it can be brought back in the future) will be available in our lifetime?

We already had immortality for the last 1984 years

Ignore this post. Thank you.
I hope so. The thought of it helps me cope with death.

You have to sign a metaphorically contract that you don't ask for proof in trade for immortality.
Still a good deal to be honest desu

Look around to see how f'd up people are! Does society really look as if something positive is going to happen to us? More like wwIII is coming for us.
Even if it was invented in our lifetime only very few people would have access to it. The "chosen ones", so to speak.

TED talks have gotten pretty commercial and junky, but I had watched one a long time ago that was pretty neat.
Mark Roth talks about some people that were frozen and unfrozen without dying,

everything will be in your lifetime if you are immortal so yes.
Honestly I have no clue most sources on this topic are forum posts by teenagers hellbent on it becoming a thing citing the existence of their smartphones as proof of it's possibility.
