How hard is probability theory?
If I've taken calc 1-3, DE, and intro to linear algebra is that good enough?

Depends on how much you want. The good shit requires measure theory.

>The good shit requires measure theory.
What the fuck do you need to measure in probability?
You are fine for some propability calculus but propability theory or stochastics require knowledge of measure theory and way more analysis

Probably Theory is just a subset of Measure Theory where the total measure is 1.

Literally for everything. Probability is a fucking huge field beyond #succes/#total fagg. God kys

I'd say you'd do fine looking at pre requisites for probability theory at a local state college recently and looking at what you've got to you should be able to start on it. Gonna grab a list of textbooks I like for ya that helped me along, will send them in message in 10 min.

woweee

depending on who you have, but it isn't that hard at the introductory level.
What's the textbook required for the course? What are the prereqs?
Your course can be anywhere from "lol i know the difference between permutation and combination plus axioms" to C&B's Inference to "holy fuck why didn't my analysis course cover this shit?"
TALK TO YOUR ADVISOR, OR BETTER YET TALK TO SOMEONE THAT TEACHES THE COURSE.

A-am I gonna make it fellas?
