Hi p/sci/cos

Me mum n' dad are getting into their mid fifties, and health isn't what it used to be

Long story short: me parents started drinking an entire squeezed lemon, mixed with water and no sugar, every morning

They say it does wonders, but I'm skeptic of a possible placebo effect.

Does any of you mateys have an opinion on drinking an entire lemon's juice everyday?

Placebo belief effect. It won't last.
Eat lots and lots of cooked vegetables. In variety and local, unless you live near fukushima
