Hey /sci/ simple question: does a four-sided rectilineal figure always necessarily have the opposite sides equal to two right angles?

In any space, this is the OP I realized how stupid the thread I made was.
However, that being said, if the rectilineal figure is such that the opposite sides ARE equal to two right angles or in other words there are only two or less different degrees for the angles, then it can be said that a circle could be circumscribed about the figure, with the center being the middle of the largest side.
