Hey /sci/ I've come across 11grams of white truffles aka tubar magnatim from Piedmont. Now I've got a control group of 1 gram set aside but can anyone think of fun experiments to do with the other 10grams? I was thinking of feeezing a few and seeing how long their aromatic potency prevails or deep frying some and seeing what happens. Maybe combining it with something sweet and un traditional? Perhaps truffle vodka?
Give me all your thoughts and suggestions please.

Currently eating a gram over eggs because that's my favorite way to enjoy them. Does anyone understand exactly how they release serotonin? I know they mimic the male pigs sexual scent but that's all I know.

Serotonin probably wont be massively therapeutic if it does that.

Use it on steak. Real nice. Ive only done with truffle salt but good.

It is not worth that much usually it's about 70USD for 5grams of truffles shade over a dish
