What semen does have, however, is lots of zinc, and I'm willing to bet your body can digest it much easier than some supplements. It also has lots of sugars as >>8584102 said, but you can find all the information for semen's nutritional value online (see picture).

If you do choose to eat semen, be aware that it'll very likely taste bad. You may want to search for semen recipes online (there's a whole semen recipe book), or try to alter your diet to make it sweeter. Some suggestions for achieving tastier smeen are bananas (lol), grapes and pineapple. Also, don't forget that semen starts breaking down pretty quick after leaving your penis, so try to eat it as soon as it comes out if possible.

As closing remarks: Be sure not to get it in your eye, make sure you don't eat hiv+ people's semen if you have cuts on your mouth, throat or remaining digestive system (up to and including the stomach), and as a general rule, don't swallow if the person giving it to you just fucked an ass (there's a chance it'll have some poop particles in it, and then you'll end up with a sore throat, trust me on this one haha).
