I'm learning this in calc BC rn and I was wondering what level is this in college terms? To learn more than the book what level would I look for?

It's Calculus III, also known as Vectorial Calculus and Multivariable Calculus.

However, I must say that the later topics dealing with Line Integrals, Surface Integrals, Divergence and Curl are often left for the very last weeks of a normal university course and are only glanced over and badly explained, even though they lead to the most important applications of multivariable calculus in Electromagnetism, Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics.

I thought BC only went as far as Calc II (improper integrals, L'Hospital's, Int by Parts, Series/Sequences)?

The exam does, but public school is daily, runs for more weeks than 2 college semesters, and the AP exams are in early May with the school year ending in June so the class typically covers more material to fill time.
