If the Moon had an atmosphere* like Earth, what would the weather be like? Would there be constant wind from the day side to the night side? Would the change in temperature between day and night be more mild?
*(ignoring that it would likely escape into space in reality)

But it has an atmosphere. It's just very thing

I know, which is why I said "like Earth."

(meaning similar air pressure and composition)
How much dv do you need to lug Titan into earth's orbit?
>>8567936
Except it can't because of gravity and solar wind

Maybe there's a way to calculate the surface gravity required to hold such an atmosphere. It would prevent getting trapped in pseudo questions.

Nah, the question assumes it could somehow hold the atmosphere anyway, like with a force field. The main focus of it is what other conditions would be like, assuming a more or less Earthlike atmosphere over the surface as it is.
