Obviously the point isn't to make people feel bad, it's that people have all kinds of irrational tendencies and bad habits that can't all be discarded, the point is that if you know them you can resist them.

That's assuming the test isn't bullshit though, which it probably is. The way these tests are constructed is extremely subjective and assume the researchers are more "unbiased" than the test subjects. Also, on the website it says " It often reveals an automatic preference for light-skin relative to dark-skin." Why the fuck would they tell you that? Obviously that's just going to make people more self-conscious when taking the test.
