You'll die.

You'll get high.
It will contribute to inflammation and lower the capacity of your lungs making asthma attacks more unpleasant.
You'll post stupid questions on /sci/, and then karma will take you.

How bad is your asthma? Is it currently untreated? How do you plan on smoking weed - mixed with tobacco, bong, joint, or whatever?

Hey, quick sidebar: what kind of armchair should I get if I want to be an expert in medicine? I was thinking the classic straight-backed English winged type, but I can't decide between leather or cloth.

You will probably trigger an asthma attack of varying severity. It should definitely make the high less enjoyable, it depends on how bad your asthma is. If you do it regularly though, then you will definitely make it worse.

I have a cat allergy that affects my lungs in the form of bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, and a good friend who happens to own a lot of cats.
I usually smoke when I am over there but when I do my lungs are impacted by it lightly until I cough enough to get back to 'normal'.
It's unpleasant but it shouldn't impact you for more than 15 mins or so, especially with the aid of an inhaler.
