hey
I am doing a cross section project for calculus about the uses for them and decided to use the cucumber slicing for my idea of use for calculus_the prof liked it.
I gotta do a physical model and an equation for it
now the equation is basically √x for the cucumber but how would i proceed to find the tapered end of the cucumber in an equation form?
any help would be appreciated
I am on my own in this because no other students were left
thank you
I know this is going to sound like begging but I will work I just dont know how to proceed to find the exact equation for scale my model
my model is going to resemble this
>>8519720
cant be done. math just doesnt add up OP
>>8519727
what do you mean by doesnt add up?
how do people do models
like the prof sid either make a model and struggle in getting the approximate graph form OR choose an equation and vice versa
Either make the graph and then build a model of it. This will require you to struggle to find scale
factors to reconcile the differences between you integral and your model volume. Or...Make the
model and then struggle to write the equations for it then integrate them
please guys im desperate
