Hey /sci/, lately I've been having an existential crisis at least twice a day for every day the last week, I can't focus the way i used to, I also had anhedonia i lost interest in a lot of stuff including math, before that when i did math it was enjoyable, now it's just irritating, i just can't do math anymore.
can someone tell how i can get back my interest in math again?? I started to feel like a brainlet and i can't stop wasting my time. help me /sci/
