Hi, I'd suggest you try practicing tai chi. I had a ton of shoulder and back aches once because of playing the guitar and tai chi really helped me get rid of all unneccessary muscle tension and pain.

Im sorry to about all that. Getting the short end of the stick sucks. I can't relate entirely but I do have rather severe scoliosis so know how it feels.

If you can find a good one this might work, I think a lot of them are quacks but some of them know what they're doing and are good.

If you can get a cbd ointment or pill that can help

Finally I would suggest practicing yoga or some other form of regular stretching
