This is probably the most important ingredient. A few supplements use this claiming it helps brain function. Onnit did a kind of sketchy study on their alpha brain product, of which L-Theanine is the active ingredient, and found what I think were pretty marginal results. They like to claim clinically proven to help with memory and performance though. It's most likely shit, but has minimal effects at best. There's no limitless pill yet.

Just get some Adderall.
