I don't know where it is, but non-Earth life is a certainty. The Universe is far too big and has been around for far too long for our planet to be the only one to ever produce life.

Any planetary body with bodies of water on the surface or underground.

That's not a proof.
Since we don't really know the probability of life to develope it could be that it is so low that our planet is only one in the whole universe to have it. Or maybe all earth-like planets have it.
No way to tell, for now.
If we found life on europa (even of the simplest kind) that would bring considerable weight to the latter.
