Nspire is the best calculator

I never understood why anyone would need a CAS calculator.
Why not just use a computer instead?

Matlab is great.
But I move from the lab to the classroom alot. And I really don't wanna carry my laptop around everywhere, when all I need is a calculator.

For /sci/entists who use applied maths, this one is the GOAT. Got it a while back and posted in a calculator thread, hence the filename.

Thank you friendo. Might look into getting one of those.
Can't see why I would as an electronics technician use the many features calculators such as Nspire comes with etc.

Probably the Casio FX-991EX. Supports 4x4 matrices and complex numbers.

9.5/10 would recommend for a friend if I needed to make amends for using them as a means to an end.
If you're into Pooter Science you can easily modify the OSs on the Nspires
Get the CX CAS if you want the best hardware or the CX if you need to use it on exams
Then poke around on ticalcDOTorg hackspireDOTorg and ti-planetDOTorg for modifications
Some modifications are ready to go and require no CS knowledge
