We aren't even remotely close to being there yet. A modern day cybernetic limb is for someone who lost their arm and maybe this will one day be somewhat useful. He isn't a shadowrunner/Dues Ex guy punching through a foot of reinforced concrete like it's drywall. He probably never will be.
