I thought for a second that they were trying to publish the book contents from a modern language perspective that explained the content more clearly. Instead, we just have an proposition to tailor publish a book to fill an autistic need for materialistic aesthetic. Sad.

mach and maxwell both wrote about the exact same thing, pretty much responding to Newton's principia.
Chandraa's book is a translation of Principia as well as explanation of a lot of his passages
