Next year i'm going to university and I'm pretty worried about my knowledge in Physics. At school we don't study it that much , so i thaught that I could start study something on my own. They suggested me this book. Is it good for "amateurs"? Also I'd need a pdf(or ebook) version of this book , can anyone link me one?
noone?

the djvu files tend to be smaller, so you might want to get a djvu reader

Please don't collect resources. Just follow through MIT's video lectures. It's more than enough.

You first, brainlet.
Yos, so what I will recommend for physics is learning how to do physics first. Most people even after taking AP C E/M and Mech. dont understand jack shit about physics because they learn via memorization. Dont fall for this meme. A good book is the Halliday/Resnick Fundamental of Physics book. Torrent it im pretty sure its here somewhere. Understand your concepts. If you arent a brainlet and know physics I would go ahead and start with working with circuits and like and then move on the higher math courses. Afrotechmods is a good source for basic stuffs.

Does my knowledge on calculus, laplace and fourier needs to be strong to study from this book?

Physics 8a or 7a?

Honestly Hartog is the best book I've read for beginners in mechanics.
I'll check these out sometime.

>asking for help locating a book for 1st year physics
Somethings off

If you read the question again you will realize that question implies the contrary. As in my knowledge on those topics isn't quite strong, hence why I ask.
Also I am not OP.
