Collapsing wave functions only make sense if you adopt some nonsensical interpretation of QM.

Adding a second dimension of time collapses the wave function. The math involved is... complicated to put it lightly.

Though you can collapse the wave function by simply inventing a nutrino microscope. Which is difficult but not impoosible.
