i saw a pattern for 6/11 - 9/14 - 12/17 where 3 is added every time

for the 1st, 2rd and 5th however, i can see that 5/8 + 2/5 = 7/13, but i cant understand where they are going with this

Rewrite as:

4/10; 6/11; 7/13; 9/14; 10/16; 12/17
