It's either a choice or a genetic abnormality. If we assume evolution is true, and the primary goal of any species is to ensure the passing on of genetic code and survival or the species, then homosexuality is either a conscious refusal of standard sexuality or a genetic mutation/abnormality that is not passed down, but occurs because something has gone wrong in the coding of one's DNA.
