Is it normal to feel like your intelligence is deteriorating?
Over the past year or so, I find it harder and harder to put my thoughts into words. Compared to most people on /sci/ who can form coherent sentences or arguments, whatever I end up typing comes out completely retarded, and usually not what I intended to say, or at least not properly expressed right.
And I feel like this is constantly getting worse. How do I fix this? Read more books? I haven't really read or touched liberal arts in over a year, maybe its necessary to not turn into a babbling retard. Even typing this post out, I feel so annoyingly frustrated with what I say and I feel as though it's not coming our right, and the effort I have to put into something to just make it comprehendable is frustrating.
TL;DR I feel like I'm turning into a retard when it comes to language, please help, I want to not be a retard.

Seriously, all I can recommend is to eat healthy, stop being a degenerate drug addict, have fun, read, and don't be so hard on yourself.
