yes but you need to do math to get smarter.

anyone intelligent enough to do math is smarter than everyone who chooses not to do it even if they struggle at it

also

even if youre dumb and bad at math the version of you who chooses to do math is smarter than the version who doesn't.

There are different types of intelligence. Beethoven couldn't do math but we still call him a genius. I think witty people with a quick sense of humour are considered intelligent too. However if you're bad at math then you most likely don't have a high IQ. But you may still be intelligent in other areas

What a silly question. Math is just a tool. I know plenty of intelligent people who studied philosophy and history (now making tons of money as lawyers).
