In terms of pure intellectual power? No.

Aristotle and Leibniz were smarter than Newton though. Especially Aristotle. People like to talk him down because of his biology and physics mistakes, but in terms of pure intellectual power no one comes close to him (maybe Leibniz), the guy was a monster.

The only thing Immanuel Kant's writings taught us is that he wrote those under the influence of some very powerful drugs.
Unfortunately he never mentioned which drugs, that's why his intellectual level was definitely inferior.
