General relativity revolves around the idea of gravity being a distortion of space time. The bigger the gravitational force, time passes more slowly.
Gravity decreases with height.
Ass is closer to the ground.
Therefore, ass ages faster.

If I remember correctly, her head. It's slightly further from the earth than her ass. Time slows ever so slightly the closer you get to an object with mass.
