Both gibbous phases are my favorite.

I like full moon, its a good time to go fishing.

My least favorite is the new moon. Good time for fishing but I like seeing the moon.

I have a long distance gf and the moon is one of the only things we can both look up at and share in the beauty even though we are hundreds of miles away. We could also do this with the sun but that would be dangerous.

My favorite phase is the waxing crescent and least favorite is waxing gibbous.
