"Logical thinking" is ill-defined and happiness values cannot be applied to an entire race.

If the average person was smarter than today, almost nothing would change in terms of social dynamics, if that's your real question.

If by logical thinking you mean better ignore our feelings and impulses, then I think the human race would just become a little more sociopathic.
