How the hell can you get to grad school and not know Green's theorem? I'd say it falls firmly into the meme category.
Here's the table of contents so you don't have to judge it solely by its cover.
it addresses a real problem: the problem whereby a person completes an undergrad degree in maths or another heavily mathematical subject but is shaky or can't remember one or two areas
however it doesn't really provide a very good solution to that problem.
Why would anyone buy this book, that provides a very hurried account of results and derivations of the main techniques of all areas from teh first 2 years of undergrad mathematics (plus a couple of 3rd year topics) , when most people will probably only need to brush up on a couple of these areas, and would be better suited checking a text dedicated to that subject that provides a large number of examples and intuition ?
so basically it's gotten a high profile by claiming to have the solution to a common problem but it doesn't actually have a very good solution to that problem.
