The one your teacher recommends or uses. If none, the one your textbook models things after. If none, TI for the sheer amount of documentation out there but you should check to see if you need one first. Aim for one that's AP compatible, ideally the latest TI-whatever that isn't an NSpire.

Literally you can use your phone calculator for nearly everything you have to do in high school chem. Just buy the cheapest one you can get

pen and paper
FX-300ES

If you can take RPN, then HP 50g
Anything but a casio.

I don't think it really matters all that much. Besides calculating molarity, doubt you'd need to do much else (you shouldn't need a calculator for stoichiometry, for example).

Terrible advice. Following the textbook that closely encourages people to just memorize magic key press sequences rather than understand what they are doing with their calculator.

Don't buy into their monopoly

Which would you guys say is better, the Casio FX-991EX or the Casio FX-991ES Plus?

The Casio FX-991EX is newer with a higher res screen and an extra digit of internal precision.
The Casio FX-115ES Plus has a GCD function (the German version of the 991DEX does too) and is a few dollar cheaper.
