wut
I'm not a scientist/chemist/whatever
I just like to play with them, where can I find some .cml?
I stopped caring about biochemistry when I was introduced to the concept of enzymes. What a crock of shit. If your reaction can only be completed by inventing random coils that don't exist, like some kind of life deity , then you are fucking wrong and the chemistry is flawed. Same for protein folding solutions that basically say "the correct answer is whatever the correct answer is". Thats what the thermochemistry said transcribed to words but god forbid if i wrote in down in english instead of the ancient greek runes the teacher word mark me wrong.
Biochemistry is logical and calorimetry never lies my ass. It is just as flawed as any other human construct.

You should check out Mathematica

What problem could you possibly have with enzymes?
>>8317030
Because enzyme squared cannot yield negative number

>inventing random coils that don't exist
People have actually done this.
