No idea. Why don't you learn how to write an equation?

If solving Left-to-Right BEDMAS: 9

If solving as if it was a fraction: 1

This is not proper math, plain and simple. It could easily be interpreted as

1) 6/(2(1+2))

or

2) (6/2)*(1+2)

No one worth their salt would ever express an equation in such an ambiguous way. So, ultimately you have provided an invalid equation, thus there is no answer.

Nothing is ambiguous about it. People just forget that you should do operations left to right when there is no priority.

6/2(1+2)
6/2(3)
3(3)

PEMDAS works when operations are associated properly, in this case they are not, hence an invalid expression.

Left to right is for reading, it has nothing to do with mathematics...
