Honestly "genetics" is a one-word answer that doesn't have to be explained or is too hard to explain. I'm a male and I have a smoking fetish though I can't remember why, the only person in my family that smokes is my Dad but he always used to go outside and smoke; never in front of us. He made sure that no one in my family smoked, and he was pretty strict about it. That may be where my fetish comes from because I was restricted..? Even though I think smoking is a stupid habit and taking up that habit is the result of having low willpower.
