You can literally use IBM's quantum computer for free. It has a simulator too so you can test stuff out as well before sending in actual jobs to do.

Having a simulated quantum computer is key to being efficient; you'll immediately get intuition and avoid misconceptions because you can test them out for immediate feedback.

This is sci-fi when it come to the quantum theory, which states that you can hold and calculate in N number of qubits 2^N number of bits. That is absurd.
