MBTI is a measure of PREFERENCE, not APTITUDE. That's why you find all types in all positions. And why there are lots of ENTJs that earn less than other types too. The ENTJ personality type has a preference for work environments that are correlated to higher average salaries and so more often are drawn to that type of work. That is NOT the same as saying the reason they earn more is that they are ENTJs.
