You would have better luck trying to cross a horse with a skunk, or a cow with a goat. The former is unlikely due to the genetic distance between the species, you might get lucky with certain cow/goat hybrids, but they are almost certain to be sterile if they do survive.

whats more likely, an impossible genetic cross, or a cow that was born with fucked up ears such that it cant move them and they are stuck in an upright position?

protip: that defect/mutation is probably pretty fucking rare because it would be a major detriment to the poor animal
