Not only physical traits but mental and personality ones as well.
Can thoughts and desires really affect the quality and traits of semen?

Lamarckism is an outdated view of evolution where ANYTHING you do during your lifetime will impact what genes you pass on. For example, if you work out your arm and have a giant buff arm, your child will be born with a buff arm. This is absolutely false and has no basis in science.
Your genetics are based on whatever you were passed down with that you got from your parents. Your child will receive 1/2 of whatever you got, and it's random.
